Shipping policy

After the products have been produced, items will take two to three weeks days to ship. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Shipping is processed via USPS and is out of our control once shipped. Once your package is in the hands of the USPS service, there is little we can do to reclaim your package if it becomes lost. If your package is missing and yet the labels it as “delivered” you may file a claim with USPS 14-days after the delivery date.

Please note that we are a small business, which means that we don't have the lightening fast, overnight shipping that many mega companies do. We so appreciate your business and faith in us, and we deliver a superior product. We humbly request your patience with shipping times.

Your item may ship from either New Orleans or Tucson, as I spend a great deal of time traveling.
